No additional fees are charged for using PayPal, and your payment details remain protected throughout the transaction.

⏱ Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

📅 Estimated Delivery Times

Canada: Up to 7 business days
United States: Up to 10 business days

🚚 Estimated Delivery Window:
From the time of purchase, most orders arrive within 8–12 business days, including processing and shipping.

Please note: Processing may take longer during peak sale periods (e.g., Black Friday, Boxing Day).

💵 Shipping Rates (USA & Canada)

FREE shipping on orders over $100 (Continental USA & Canada)
Flat rate of $15 on orders under $100

📦 We do not ship to:

P.O. Boxes
Military bases
Remote regions (AK, YT, NT, NU) may incur additional surcharges

📦 Failed Deliveries & Refused Shipments

If delivery is returned to sender, a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If delivery is refused by the customer, they are responsible for all re-shipping fees, duties, and taxes.

🌍 International Shipping

Flat shipping rate to Europe: $30 (covered zones only)
No free shipping or returns on international orders outside North America
Duties, taxes, and tariffs are to be paid by the customer upon delivery
